From the supplier lot to the customer ticket
Every purchase enters as a lot with number, expiry date and location. When a recipe is executed, the system assigns lots automatically and leaves an auditable trail in any direction: from finished product to raw materials, or from a specific lot to the batches that used it.

Execute the recipe, the lot stays traced
Executing a recipe automatically deducts from the matching lots and generates its own production lot, with expiry calculated on the spot. Every execution is logged: which recipe, which warehouse lots it consumed, and how much was produced.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything on my devices?
No. The backoffice is 100% web, and the staff apps (Staff, Workshop, POS, Distribution) are installed from the App Store and Google Play. The customer loyalty app is also distributed under your own brand.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes, though it's not an automated process today: our team loads your ingredient catalog, suppliers and recipes by hand from whatever you send us, as part of onboarding.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you ask, we provide a JSON export of your data. It's not an automated cancellation process today — write to us and we'll handle it by hand.
Does it work offline?
The backoffice and the apps require an internet connection. If your premises have frequent outages, we recommend a 4G backup router.
Can I activate only what I need?
Yes. The platform is a base backoffice plus modules/apps you activate per business — you only pay for what you use.
